"I had a difficult time getting my insurance policy canceled for my auto. When I had to make changes to my vehicles, things were not done correctly or in a timely fashion. Huge billing issues!!! I don’t necessarily think it’s the agents fault in terms of accounting. I just think State Farm has a very weird system. I was a licensed agent for Allstate and still am a licensed agent and we did not have these kind of accounting problems. For example, with State Farm when I canceled my auto policy, they had no problem billing me the very next day for $400 for my homeowners losing my multi policy discount yet it will take weeks if not a month to get my refund for my auto? Sounds a little fishy!!! I also think one of the issues with this insurance office is the receptionist is not licensed so there’s very little if anything she can do for you and Phil is not in the office quite a bit."

"I was with this insurance company for 10+ years. It was great until this last year. Hard to get ahold of Phil as he is the only agent in the office. The receptionist are not understanding or helpful. I would think twice before signing up through this agency. I had to call THREE times to cancel my policy, which was never actually done and I was charged anyway. I had to have my new insurance agent call to stand up for me. Thank goodness for Allstate."

"You won't find a better or more caring agent than Phil. You also won't find better rates. Each time I have done a rate check nobody has come close to matching Phil. He has gone out of his way on a Saturday to find a way for a broken window to be repaired at a remote location within two hours. He truly will go above and beyond as your insurance agent."
